Subject: Returns

At CLM Enterprises, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.

General Polices

bulletShipping charges are non-refundable.
bulletAxis Products Inc. will replace defective materials and correct shipping errors if notified within 30 days from invoice date.
bulletAll exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
bulletAn RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sale are final.
bulletThe returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
bulletAll products are sold with their respective manufacture's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
bulletWhen returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for shipping charges and insuring the returned item.
bulletAll items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user's manuals.
bulletPleases note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.

Requesting A Product Return

You can choose any of these convenient methods:

  2. Your may contact our Customer Service Center at 1877-949-5183 from 10AM to 5PM Central Time, Monday through Friday

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

  1. Write you RMA number legibly on the return label
  2. Return the entire package to

Crediting Your Account

All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

Product Replacement

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and new tracking number once CLM Enterprises receives, approves and processes the return item.
